How to manage, up-sell and convert leads, referrals & enquiries!

Even successful sales teams need support and guidance in the use of win-win negotiation techniques. You can expect the sharing of such revenue-boosting techniques and advice during this course.

Our course leaders have the expertise needed to build your team's confidence and showcase the effective use of problem-solving techniques. We promise take-aways that will add to team flexibility in the use of approaches aligned with the customer’s objectives.

From initial introductions to follow-up processes, we promise to hone a variety of essential sales skills during the action-oriented ½ day online sales workshop. This will give your team members the ability to:

  • Understand the optimum time frame to respond to leads and enquiries
  • Respond appropriately within that window of opportunity
  • Ask better qualifying questions to understand the customer's motives
  • Maximize “hidden” opportunities and sell value through relevant additional products and services
  • Avoid the dreaded “radio silence” after the initial interest
  • Develop techniques to overcome the, “We are happy as we are”, scenario
  • Develop creative, resilient, and proven ways to follow up and convert or correctly qualify sales opportunities

Participants will be invited to share experiences of challenges, where leads, referrals and enquiries have proven difficult to manage. Fresh approaches will be proposed for higher conversions. We will demonstrate every element with a consultative approach to prove the effectiveness of the techniques.
