The style of appraisal we are (traditionally) used to, still has a relevance and a part to play in the modern business. However, this course will focus on strategies leaders should use to gain greater involvement and more meaningful contributions from those they manage.

The appraisal process should guide and inspire performance goals through 'one-to-one' discussions throughout the year. Learn how to plan and execute more effective two-way conversations to support your business, team and individual objectives.

An appraisal is an excellent time to propose strategies for improvements. This one-day appraisal course will teach Leaders how to raise the motivation of employees and improve performance through setting objectives; giving effective feedback and praise.

PAYMENTS: Payment for the training course is due immediately on receipt of the invoice. CANCELLATION: Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 10 working days notice, prior to the training course date. In this instance, delegates will be rescheduled to the next available course date and notified in writing by the Automate UK training and events team. DESIGNATED REPLACEMENT: Delegates withdrawing from a training course less than 10 working days prior to the training course date, can provide a replacement delegate without incurring any charges. The named delegate and contact details, must be offered in writing to the Automate UK training and events team within 24hours of the course start. If a replacement delegate cannot be found, the invoice will be payable in full. REFUNDS: Refunds will be issued if notice is given in writing, a minimum of 10 working days prior to the training course. Refunds will be subject to a 10% (+VAT) fee to cover administrative expenses. RESHEDULING: It may be necessary, for reasons beyond the control of Automate UK, to change the timing, presenter and/or date of the course. In this instance delegates will be notified in writing by the Automate UK training and events team.
