Integrated Packaging Solutions (IPS) is the full system sales and support arm of BW Packaging. BW Packaging has one of the most experienced and trusted electrical controls teams in the packaging industry. Our controls team consists of design engineers, programmers and electrical project managers with over 150 years of combined experience. Our experience, combined with full UL panel shops in both our Lynchburg, VA and Doncaster, England facilities, ensures that our clients can rely on BW Packaging as a single source for controls solutions. Our control panels and HMIs are designed to be user-friendly, ensuring safe, reliable and intuitive operation for operators and maintenance personnel alike.
With over 40 years of Global packaging experience, BW Packaging has one of the most experienced aftermarket teams in the UK. We provide a variety of value-added services for our clients that enhance both new and existing operations. Our team executes full or partial line reconfigurations and creates efficient layout designs that improve line performance, enable our clients to add processes and/or add capacity. We work with clients to develop and execute maintenance plans that improve machine and packaging line up-time and overall plant productivity.
