John R Boone is a leading Industrial Mixer manufacturer who designs, manufactures and installs their industrial mixers, blenders and mixing systems. As we have a wide range of sizes we can offer from 2L to 25,000L for batch / continuous up to 250 TPH for a variety of materials for the Food, Chemicals, and Waste Recycling industry, with a wealth of options in terms of feed / discharge equipment, drive configuration, spray systems, refiners, agitators, ATEX rating, variable speed, and control systems, all running efficiently, with short mixing times and heating/cooling options.

Your choice of mixer or blender will depend on many factors but key elements in the selection will be the mixer type best suited to the ingredients you are mixing, the cycle time and working capacity, this we can follow through in our test facility where your product can be produced on a small scale showing the viscosity of the product and how we scale up to your production size required.

All this comes to fruition by our dedicated test engineers who Research and Develop our mixing equipment on an ongoing basis and work closely with our clients to ensure that we understand their industries needs and deliver innovative solutions for their applications.

We have all our mixers available for single product testing or extended pilot scale tests.

For extended tests and pilot runs on new products all of our mixers are available for site hire and supplied with a test engineer to set up the mixer and assist with the first days test. Part of the test cost is refunded should the test result in the placing of an order.
