L-sealers, known for their distinctive ‘L’ shaped sealing frame, are designed to wrap products using centre-folded polyolefin shrink film.

The sealing frame comes down around the pack to meet both film layers and seal two sides, creating a bag. It also prepares the next item in line by sealing its remaining side.

The bagged product then enters a heat shrink tunnel where the air is expelled to create a smooth finish.

Automatic L-sealers are designed to provide faster speeds without the use of operators, our fully automatic L sealers are easy to use and extremely reliable.

They use advanced automation for faster sealing and shrinking while maintaining a professional finish.

Photocell product detection, multi-pack detectors, film tracking devices and inverter-driven belts consistently wrap various packs at high speed, requiring no operator intervention.

Our Semi-Automatic L-sealers are supplied as all-in-one combination units. They are easy to use, durable and have a small footprint. They deliver excellent results on all polyolefin shrink films for presentation packaging.

Our semi-automatic range is suitable for low to moderate volume and speed production lines that utilise operators for pack loading.

Capable of wrapping a diverse array of products, our semi-automatic L sealers produce immaculate results for display items, boasting a totally enclosed, tightly shrunk finish in polyolefin film.

Our machinery portfolio includes a variety of sleeve wrappers, from manual to high-speed automatic models, suitable for various transit packing applications.

We offer inline, side feed, and collation specifications to accommodate different products and factory layouts.

Sleeve sealers use two single-wound shrink film reels, sealing the layers on each side to create a sleeve with open ends.

Depending on the width of the polythene shrink film chosen, packs can be completely enclosed or have bullseye holes at each end.

For high-volume applications, our flighted bar wrappers provide a sealing-jaw free mechanism for faster operation with minimal maintenance.

Our range now includes a new paper sleeve wrapper to bundle collations of products in a paper sleeve.

The following types of sleeve sealer are available:

High-speed flighted bar sleeve sealer - A premium flighted bar sleeve wrapping solution dedicated to high-speed applications, achieving up to 160 wrapped packs per minute.

Semi-automatic sleeve sealer - Ideal for low production or low volume wrapping requirements at slower speeds or when using trayless or unstable products where flexibility is key.

Inline automatic sleeve sealer  - Designed to wrap larger and longer packs, single packs and collations in trays at faster speeds. Simplicity is key with no change parts required between batches.

Side Feed automatic sleeve sealer - The side feed sealer can collate single packs into a variety of trayless or trayed multipacks and create almost unlimited collations in polythene films.

The side feed sleeve sealer offers you enhanced flexibility in your operation, with the ability to run singles, multipacks, trayed or trayless items.

It provides total control and flexibility, making it ideal for contract packers and growing businesses.

Feeding products at a 90° angle to the shrink tunnel, the sealer employs a positive push action to easily collate items.

Changing between different orders or collations is simple with just a tweak of the settings.

A standard pack clamp ensures stability, even for stacked products.

Our dairy shrink wrappers are designed especially to cope with this high demand environment. These systems are workhorses, super-reliable, robust and built with a genuine margin of safety in mind. The stainless steel body and low voltage electrics ensure that these shrink wrappers are ideal for wet environments, designed to shrug off spillages and thorough washdowns as part of the job.

The shrink wrappers in this range can achieve significant speeds of up to 200 bottles per minute. They are also flexible, handling all standard pack collations with no change parts for fast changeovers between different product types.

• An interlocked floor-mounted fence which can be added around the perimeter, along with a hoist for transporting shrink film reels weighing up to 180kg.
• Aa low, ergonomic loading zone at floor level for added safety.

Our wide shrink wrap machines are designed to handle large, heavy packs easily.

Double and single chamber heat shrink tunnels for polyolefin and polythene applications.

Shrink tunnels, either double or single chamber, are positioned after a sealing unit in a complete shrink-wrapping line. They use heat to tightly shrink the plastic film that has been placed around the products.

Roller conveyor systems are used for presentation applications, allowing maximum airflow to the underside of the packs for high-quality, consistent results. These systems ensure that the underside of the pack is never in constant contact with the belt and therefore prevent marking.

When polythene is being used, we recommend the use of a heavy-duty steel mesh belt which provides pack stability. They are driven by friction so they will never stretch or need replacing – even after years of production.

Vacuum packing removes the air from a product’s packaging to preserve product freshness and extend shelf life, which is especially useful for food products. Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP), where the pack is gas-flushed, can also be achieved with our vacuum sealing equipment. The resulting pack also protects the product from external contaminants as it is air and water proof.

Our vacuum packaging equipment is simple to operate with a digital control panel that allows you to save up to 10 programmes, to swiftly switch between packing different products. The swing hood feature increases speed and productivity, so you can seal one pack whilst the next is prepared.

Available in three different jaw size options, so you can select the ideal option for your operation. Supplied in hygienic stainless steel for a durable, long-lasting finish.

The SX polybagger is a tabletop model.  This plug-and-play all-electric unit is used for hand-loading bagging applications, for a fast and efficient packing solution.

The Max 12 tabletop polybagger is the fastest machine in our vertical range. It significantly improves speed and efficiencies in packing fulfilment for mail order items. It offers fast and secure bagging without the need for paper labels

The range includes:

• Rotating arm stretch wrappers, perfect for heavy and unstable products or irregular pallets that need to remain stationary. Our models boast six programmable settings and the sturdy build can handle reels weighing up to 20kg.
• Economic turntable models utilising pre-stretch materials. With six pre-programmable cycles, these models achieve impressive performance.
• Self-propelled robot wrappers, for ultimate portability around the warehouse. This system achieves impressive stretch capacities, up to 500%; and

The semi automatic stretch wrapping range can be customised for a fully bespoke solution.
