We recently installed a flexible high-capacity line for a customer in Germany. The palletisers are equipped to handle a wide variety of bags, including standing bags with carry handle, bundles consisting of multiple bags and in addition, lying bags!

By applying the stacking box, the pallet load remains within the pallet size, which ensures compact transport and gives a neat appearance. A major advantage of this high-capacity line is that the palletisers can produce independently of each other. The bag distribution system in front of the palletisers allows you to choose which palletiser stacks which type of bag. The ability to process a wide variety of bag types, together with the independent production as well as the bag distribution system makes this installation super flexible and widely applicable!
