Ever-tougher customer demands are driving an exciting new partnership between Swedish palletising product leader InterSystem and LAC Logistics Automation, a fast-growing integrator who will bring InterSystem’s palletising products to the UK market.
InterSystem will showcase its cutting-edge products at the upcoming and much-anticipated Interpack exhibition (4-10 May in Dusseldorf). LAC Logistics Automation will also be present on the stand to cement this valued partnership and outline its benefits to potential clients.
LAC Logistics Automation Sales Director Joe Metcalfe said: “Operations can be complex and demanding, that’s why customers need a blend of innovative and very reliable products, coupled with outstanding on-the-ground support.
“We have UK-based manufacturing capability, abundant experience in a wide variety of sectors, and a growing software team. This adds up to the perfect skillset to quote and specify the right palletising solution and we will take responsibility for the install, commissioning, and aftercare of systems within the UK.
“We believe in the power of partnerships and are delighted to add InterSystem to the LAC portfolio. We are looking forward to collaborating with InterSystem on their stand at Interpack and outlining to customers how, together, we can quickly get to work sorting their operational headaches.”
InterSystem builds and tests its palletisers in southern Sweden and have installed over 700 machines, of which 65-70% have been exported.
LAC Logistics Automation has installed palletiser systems ranging from the manufacture and supply of single robot cells to complete production lines using multiple robots. The integrator is also an expert in implementing specialist systems to strap, wrap, check, weigh and automatically print and apply labels to complete its robot palletising solutions.
These integrate seamlessly with LAC’s conveyor, automation, AMR, Skypod, and ASRS solutions, adding up to larger-scale solutions that can run with minimal operator interaction. Stand A17 Hall 12.
