Imaging/Photonics Sales Manager

Job description:

This is a full-time, remote role, (although you'll need to be able to come to our Newbury office as required) for an Imaging/Photonics Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, and providing exceptional service to existing and new clients.

Responsibilities include:

Daily tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and liaising with suppliers. The role will also involve collaborating with the marketing team to create sales materials and attending industry events to promote Alrad Instruments Ltd.

Candidate requirements:

Proven experience in sales management and business development
Knowledge of imaging, photonics, and electro-optics products and technologies
Strong customer service and account management skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the scientific, industrial, or research sectors is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Physics, Engineering, or Business) is preferred
