A range of vertical multilane form-fill-seal machines for the production of four-sided seal sachets. Multilane equipment is available from 4 – 14 lanes with an output up to 980 sachets per minute. NEWECO's NTT-200 is a compact table-top machine used for filling of plastic (polyethylene and polypropylene) and laminate tubes with tubes with creams, gels, or other dense fluids. The NTT-200 also has sealing capabilities using hot air, coding, and trimming.
The machine works in semi-automatic mode − all operations except for inserting, orientation, and the moving of tube holders are done automatically.
