Robopac / Ocme manufacture a comprehensive range of fully automatic palletisers. Suitable to handle a wide range of packs, such as film only, tray + shrink, and cartons. Traditional type palletisers to load complete layers and robotic systems to palletise packs row-by-row are available. Automated systems for empty pallet de-stacking / loading and interlayer card placement can be integrated as can pallet stretch wrapping. Robotic pack manipulators can be integrated to pre-form layer patterns prior to loading into the palletiser hoist to increase speed capability. Machines with low-level infeed or high-level infeed are available capable of palletising speeds up to 10 layers per minute.
