BW Integrated Systems has one of the most experienced and trusted electrical controls teams in the packaging industry. Our controls team consists of design engineers, programmers and electrical project managers with over 150 years of combined experience. Our experience, combined with full UL panel shops in both our Lynchburg, VA and Doncaster, England facilities, ensures that our clients can rely on BW Integrated Systems as a single source for controls solutions. Our control panels and HMIs are designed to be user-friendly, ensuring safe, reliable and intuitive operation for operators and maintenance personnel alike.

With over 40 years of Global packaging experience, BW Integrated Systems has one of the most experienced aftermarket teams in the UK. We provide a variety of value-added services for our clients that enhance both new and existing operations. Our team executes full or partial line reconfigurations and creates efficient layout designs that improve line performance, enable our clients to add processes and/or add capacity. We work with clients to develop and execute maintenance plans that improve machine and packaging line up-time and overall plant productivity. We also have the knowledge and capability to consolidate spare parts purchasing across multiple equipment OEM’s. From vacuum and air conveyance to traditional table top in both mass flow and single file configurations, BW Integrated Systems has over 50 years of conveyor, system control, and line design experience. Our extensive conveyance portfolio is manufactured in our UK facility and supported by some of the industry’s most experienced line designers, electrical controls engineers, and applications specialists. As a supplier of engineered can and can end conveying and end-of-line packaging equipment, our equipment connects the Shell Press with Compound Liners and Conversion Presses to maximise line efficiency and minimise labour and maintenance.

BW Integrated Systems' Goldco brand provides several can palletising and depalletising solutions to meet the demands of our diverse client base. Robotic palletisation and depalletisation is an effective way to increase your equipment's productivity and decrease costs. Utilising robots with our Can Palletisers and Depalletisers allows for more precise and productive packing of product.
