VARO:

E-Com Packer: The secret weapon of northern Europe’s biggest brands, brings productivity in a modular bang-for-buck not seen before in the e-commerce packaging industry. The machines are available in two sizes: The E-com Packer 900 has one line with one cover size (up to A3/Tabloid). It can pack up to 900 ready to ship units per hour and can handle multiple items. The VARO E-com Packer 1800 has two lines and can simultaneously pack up to 1,800 units per hour in two different cover sizes, also handling multiple items. Pallet Unwrapper: one of few missing links in today’s automated factories, the system accepts pallets at its base then measures them, cuts through the wrapping without harming the contents, and finally removes the wrapping for recycling. This is done without the need for human operation or interaction. So far, the launch of the product has seen some of the largest packaging sites in Europe sit up and take note – resulting in a sale to the European site of an American Fortune 500 company as well as a number of trials.
