The Fristam FS Shear Blender help customers homogenise, disperse, emulsify and dissolve multiphase products of consistent high quality, again and again. A rotor/stator system operating at tip speeds of up to 38 m/s, draws in homogeneous media through shearing clearances of just 0.3 mm. Extremely high flow rates generated in the rotor/stator system and a high shear rate of up to 125,000 1/s enables high-performance blending of multiphase products. The result is inseparable emulsions and end products of incomparable homogeneity.

The Fristam FZ liquid ring pump is a hygienic, self-priming centrifugal pump specifically engineered to handle liquids with entrained air or gas and maintain prime under difficult intake conditions. Its capacity to create vacuum lift makes it ideal for complete evacuation of tanks, pipelines and CIP return duties. The Fristam FPC centrifugal pump is a specialised hygienic centrifugal pump engineered to handle liquids containing a high proportion of entrained gas or air with greater efficiency and reliability than conventional centrifugal designs.

Its hybrid concept integrates a high-performance impeller with an internal rotor screw, delivering self-priming capability, reduced cavitation and smooth, stable operation even when pumping aerated or intermittently fed media. The Fristam FDS Nano is a compact hygienic twin screw pump designed for precise low-flow transfer, accurate dosing and high-performance CIP operation in a single unit. It enables stable, pulse-free pumping while reducing system complexity by replacing multiple pump types in small-scale and high-precision process applications.

The FDS Nano handles viscosities up to 1,000,000 cP and can reliably pump media with up to 70% entrained air, making it suitable for demanding intake conditions and shear-sensitive products. High-speed CIP operation at up to 4,000 rpm allows effective internal cleaning without dismantling, supporting fast changeovers and reduced downtime.
