The C100 is the compact, high quality entry machine for cups with a low output. This form, fill and seal machine stands for multiple food and dairy applications.

A low output category machine, the C100 handles up to 7,000 cups per hour for all kind of dairy products as well as liquid-to-pasty food products. With a minimal footprint and a modular structure for convenient handling, the C100 is a simple and cost effective solution with only one press.

Thanks to optimised machine design and a simple, intuitive HMI, operational costs, as well as maintenance costs and downtime are kept to a minimum.

Designed to handle yoghurt, fresh cheese, tomato sauce, fruit puree, water and more, the form, fill and seal machines of the M-F series are one of the market’s most compact solutions for cups in a wide range of shapes and sizes, combining a series of processes on one single machine.

Cups are thermoformed, filled with product, hermetically sealed with a film or foil and cut into singles or multi-packs.

The EF 400 is a high-output FFS machine able to process a huge variety of pasty to liquid products, including multi-layer, and enabling cup design and labelling versatility, leading to significant savings on packaging materials.

EF600 and EF825 are FFS machines with an exceedingly high output, a benchmark in terms of durability. An ample variety of packaging shapes and materials is possible, and - thanks to a wider bottom web - scrap rate is significantly less.

These are machines to opt for when high outputs are required along with worry-free operation and impressive reliability. EF600 and EF825 handle a wide range of dairy products and can process innovative thermoformed shapes and designs.

Cups can be designed cost-effectively with many labelling solutions and freedom of cup geometry. Not only a marketing tool, the label also strengthens the cup’s sidewall stability, enabling a thinner bottom web resulting in higher sustainability.

The C300 is a medium-output form, fill and seal machine for cups ensuring increased efficiency, accuracy and great flexibility. The FFS machine C300 is available in clean design up to full aseptic FDA level.

A compact solution with a modular design, the C300 processes all types of packaging material used for cups and handles all kinds of dairy and food products.

Key functions are servo-driven to ensure optimum process control and efficient energy consumption. Working width can be optimised in line with the requested production capacity. Nominal output ranges from 12.000 to 36.000 cups/hour.

Available for the following hygienic standards: clean, ultra-clean and aseptic.

The C500 is a medium to high output FFS machine for cups, ensuring increased efficiency, accuracy and great flexibility. Handles a wide variety of cup shapes including dual cavity cups.

Able to handle a wide selection of cup shapes and dual cavity cups in all packaging material types, the C500 has a reduced footprint and represents a wise investment thanks to low maintenance needs and negligible spare parts costs.

Key functions are servo-driven to ensure optimum process control and the working width is optimised in line with the requested production capacity.

Nominal output ranges from 10.000 to 57.600 cups/h according to type and size.

The C800 is a high-performance FFS machine ensuring optimum hygienic standards, intelligent technological solutions and high cycle speeds to optimise production costs. Able to handle a huge variety of cup shapes, C800 also ensures high filling accuracy.

Equipped for an endless range of cup designs as well as dual cavity cups in all packaging material types, the C800 ensures top-level productivity, optimised working width in line with the requested production capacity and an excellent cost per cup value.

Able to fit different dosing systems, the C800 processes all kinds of liquid to pasty food products such as single and multi-layer desserts and other special product presentations, as well as baby foods and much more. Nominal output ranges from 36.000 to 86.400 cups/h according to cup type and size.

The P300 is a compact and modular form, fill and seal machine for portion cups for multiple food and dairy applications. Offering efficiency at low operational costs, it represents a complete solution when equipped with integrated case packaging systems.

A medium output category machine, the FFS machine ‘P300’ handles between 22.000 and 54.000 portion packs/h. With a minimal footprint, modular structure and reduced web level height for convenient handling, the P300 ensures accurate processing, precise product cut-off and gentle product handling.

Thanks to optimised machine design and a simple, intuitive HMI, operational costs, as well as maintenance costs and downtime are kept to a minimum.

The P500 is a high-performance form, fill and seal machine processing portion cups for a lot of dairy and food applications like fresh cheese, butter, spreads, jam, dressings and sauces, etc., also handling a huge variety of cup designs.

Ensuring a nominal output of up to 129.600 portion cups/h, the FFS machine ‘P500’ represents the ultimate solution, also integrating case packaging for maximum efficiency.

Ideal for hygienic mini-portions of jam, honey, spreads and sauces used on airlines, at hotels or for simple catering purposes, the P500 is available for clean, ultra-clean and aseptic hygienic standards, and ensures accuracy, precise product cut-off and gentle product handling.

Able to handle a large variety of materials such as PS, PET and PP, one of the key characteristics of this high output machine is the significant saving on packaging material, made possible thanks to a series of exclusive features.

The R-Line is a rotary filler for a wide range of applications that introduces an innovative design concept that accomplishes remarkable improvements in terms of flexibility, accessibility, and sustainability.

Liquid to pasty products can be filled in different sizes of pre-formed cups, tubs, buckets, glass jars, and bottles. The machine can run with either mono-material or paper based cups and lids, both recyclable and in accordance with sustainability practices.

Depending on the cup size and volume, the R-Line offers an output range up to 36.000 cups/h.

The EFS-L is a format flexible indexing platform for pre-formed cups, utilising new technology enhances the available options and ease of operation and maintenance procedures.

Modular in design with stainless steel construction and servo operations allows for flexibility with filling stations, pre-fill and post fill for wet or dry ingredients, chainless solution for the cup transportation enables format flexibility and precision index positioning throughout the machine.

Offering wide scale flexibility in terms of size, shape and multi-layer presentations, the COMBISEPTIC filling and sealing machine handles liquid-to-pasty products with or without particulates.

With a completely enclosed processing tunnel with sterile air overpressure, the DOGASEPTIC filling and sealing machine is the ultimate answer for ultra-clean and aseptic processing thanks to packaging material sterilisation and safe germ reduction.

Providing the safest levels of hygiene with germ reduction up to log 6 bacillus subtilis, the aseptic filling and sealing machine DOGASEPTIC for pre-formed cups completes the process thanks to a conveyor inside an enclosed tunnel with sterile air overpressure. The CONTITHERM filling and sealing machine for pre-formed cups is a servo-driven solution enabling continuous motion and exceptionally high output.

In response to new market trends and a demand for superior flexibility, this filling and sealing machine covers the request for top-level hygienic conditions while maintaining their most versatile qualities in terms of cup or box size and shape as well as taking into account the processed product.

Depending on customer requirements, the machine can be individually adapted, e.g. with automated trolley change and multi-format operation. Washing the trolleys “on the fly” is done by cleaning during production without reducing machine performance and is thus one of the other outstanding options available.

Processing typically at speeds of 24.000 – 50.400 stick packs/h, the S800A can be designed to comply with customer-specific or product specific requirements.

ERMETIKA  is a high-speed, continuous motion rotary machine assembling, filling and sealing spouts and premade pouches in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. High efficiency and premium quality results for countless products typical of the food, beverage and dairy markets. KOMPAKTA  is a linear machine that creates stand-up pouches from pre-printed reels. Customers enjoy maximum freedom to create the pouch shape of their choice and can produce pouches in a variety of sizes. Loaded with two reels for the front and back of the pouch and several reels for the bottom, depending on pouch size, KOMPAKTA automatically unwinds, punches and cuts the material on reels using blades and cutters, then sealing on 3 sides to obtain the finished pouch with a feed of 2, 3 or 4 pouches.
