When it comes to precision nozzles and nozzle systems, everything speaks for Lechler. With such a broad and considerable understanding of the industry and with over 140 years of development experience, we understand spray technology like no one else. And with first-class quality and a close customer relationship, we also implement them.
Droplet separators have long played a vital role in many process operations and in gas washing plants. The topic Droplet Separators becomes special importance through the imposition of ever more stringent environmental protection regulations that necessitate a drastic reduction in the pollutants carried by the gases leaving gas-washing plants.
Tank cleaning nozzles can be used for both small and large tanks and are available as both rotating and static sprays. All tank cleaning nozzles are operating at low pressures.
Lechler precision nozzles for tank and equipment cleaning are divided into five different cleaning efficiency classes.
The Lechler DryMASTER series was intentionally developed in a modular way in order to cover different applications with the greatest possible flexibility, to ensure easy maintenance and still achieve the best atomization results. The focus is on the swirl inserts and mouthpieces. Over 900 combinations are available.
Pneumatic atomizing nozzles produce extremely fine droplets with a small droplet spectrum. They can be split into two types: Internal mixing (for low viscous fluids) and external mixing (for viscous fluids). Gas and liquid are mixed on the inside or outside of the nozzle. Depending on the actual design of the nozzle, the liquid is self-aspirated or supplied under pressure. Various spray jet shaped can be achieved through the design of the nozzle tip.
The PopUp Whirly Air was specially developed for the automated cleaning of pipelines and cyclones – ideal wherever cleaning nozzles cannot remain in the process. The extendable cleaning nozzle is designed for operation with steam (SIP) and, thanks to the double-acting pneumatic cylinder, can also be used in the container under vacuum conditions. The nozzle is installed flush with the interior wall of the system and extends pneumatically for cleaning. A freely rotating rotor ensures seamless cleaning of all surrounding surfaces. After the cleaning process is complete, the nozzle automatically retracts into the housing, reliably and tightly closing it. The PopUp Whirly Air is designed to be serviceable for easy inspection, cleaning, and maintenance.
