The S175 is a very versatile machine, capable of handling containers from 12mmØ up to 100mmØ and can be supplied with various options including a choice of printers, print verification, auto reject for bad print or missing label, infeed & outfeed turntables, and many more. The S150 is Siemens plc controlled, with a user-friendly touch screen HMI.

The NVS2 labeller is capable of handling syringes and tubes from 8mmø up to 30mmø, at output speeds up to 120 cpm. The standard machine is only 2 metres long and can be supplied with various options including a choice of printers, print verification, auto reject for bad print or missing label, and several infeed & outfeed options. The VAL550 is our high-speed labeller, capable of labelling vials, ampoules and cartridges at speeds up to 550 cpm. Product is funnelled down to single file and fed into a starwheel. The starwheel transports the container to the labelling station, giving excellent control of the unstable product. Labelled containers are returned to a tray at the outfeed. The VAL550 is fitted with a reject station for auto rejection of bad overprint, barcode and missing label. The VAL550 is available with options including a printer, OCV system, 21CFR part 11, full system validation document package and much more.
