Superformer Case Erectors are built from heavy-duty stainless steel and engineered for simplicity and easy operation. Case Erectors feature quick size changes and are maintained easily with simple sealing material replacement. Superformers can bottom seal cases with either tape or hot melt glue.00 Your investment in a case erector is protected with machines lasting for years.

Case Erector models comprise of the Superformer SF1 Automatic Case Erector and Bottom Taper, SF1-HM Automatic Case Erector and Bottom Gluer, SF3 Automatic Case Erector and Bottom Taper, and the Superliner SFL333 Polybag-in-Box Case Erector and Case Liner.

Superliner Case Liners are polybag-in-box inserter systems constructed from stainless steel. Bag inserter machines eliminate the need for your production lines to insert pre-made bags, resulting in higher output and efficiency. Superliners require little maintenance and bag roll replacements. Superliners provide your products the protection they require while ensuring your investments worth with years of operation.

Superliner models include the SL220 Polybag maker and Bag Inserter, SL330 Polybag Maker and Inserter, SFL333 Polybag-in-Box Case Erector and Case Liner, and the SL230 Polybag Maker and Bag Inserter.

Superfiller Weigh Fillers machines are manufactured with a stainless-steel frame for durability and cleanliness. Weigh filler machines support a variety of dry solid products or semi-liquid oils and fats. This machine would usually be integrated with your other Supersystem machines to create continuity between every point of packaging. Superfillers are custom built for the demand of every unique application. Additionally, the Super weigher CW1/CW2 Check Weigher is paired with Superfillers to ensure the correct weight in each container passing through your line.

Superfiller models consist of the Superfiller SR1 Automatic Weigh Filler for dry or solid products, SR1L Vibratory Weigh Filler for semi-liquids, SR2/SR4 weigh fillers for semi-liquids.

Supercloser Bag Closers are created with a stainless-steel frame. Bag Closers seal and/or fold a filled polybag. Bag Closers eliminate the need for your employees to complete the repetitive and strenuous task of closing your product. Superclosers can heat seal, fold, air evacuate or gas flush your polybag. These machines normally come as standalone units, though the Supercloser SC410 is a Polybag-in-Box Decuffer Folder and Top Taper. This machine acts as a combination machine, saving valuable space in you packaging line.

The Supercloser models include the SC300 Polybag-in-Box Decuffer Heat Seal Closer, SC400 Polybag-in-Box Decuffer Folder Closer, and the SC700 Polybag-in-Box Decuffer and Heat Sealer.

Case Sealers are the final step in the packaging process before your product is sent out. Supertapers comprise of a high-quality stainless-steel frame. Case Sealers either top tapes or applies hot melt clue, protecting your product before transit. Supertapers can be semi-automatic or fully automatic depending on your unique requirements. These machines last for years and increase the output of your factory.

Supertaper models include ST1A Automatic Case Sealer, ST1M Semi-Automatic Case Sealer, and the Supertaper ST1X Semi-Automatic Case Sealer with case forming and pack-station. Additionally, there is the SC410 Polybag-in-Box Decuffer Folder and Top Taper, which combines the polybag folding of a Supercloser and the sealing of a Supertaper.

Supersealer Hot Air Sealers utilize hot air to continuously seal a wide range of bag materials at high speed and efficiency. They are available in painted steel, stainless steel, or wash down. Supersealers can be configured, horizontal, vertical, stand-alone, and custom configurations.

Supersealer Hot Air Sealer models consist of the SS1 Painted Sealer, SS2 Stainless Steel Sealer, SS2WD stainless steel Washdown Sealer, and SS4 High-Capacity Hot Air stainless steel Sealer.

Supersealer band sealers utilize teflon bands to continuously seal a wide range of bag materials at high speed and efficiency. They come in painted steel, stainless steel, or wash down and are available as a horizontal or vertical set-up. Different configurations are recommended based upon each individual application.

Supersealer Band Sealer models are comprised of the SB10 Painted Sealer, SB20 stainless steel Sealer, SB20WD Washdown Band Sealer, SB30 Heavy Duty stainless steel sealer, SB30EP Heavy Duty Explosion Proof stainless steel Sealer, and the SB40 High Capacity stainless steel Sealer.

Supersealer medical band sealers are a continuous rotary band sealer designed to meet FDA guidelines for the medial packaging industry. All medical sealers are easily cleaned with the stainless-steel body. They can seal a wide range of medical packaging materials including Poly/Poly, Tyvek, Mylar, Pet Coated Tyvek, Paper/Poly, Laminated Foil, and Metalized Foil Pouches. The sealers meet ISO 11607-2, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and EN 868 specifications.

Supersealer medical band sealer models consist of the MBS20, MBS sealer with T-PAK 500 bagging system, and the MBS with Air Evacuation or Gas Flush.

Supersealer bagging system sealers are semi-automatic systems equipped with a Supersealer hot air or band sealer and a 10' flat conveyor. The T-PAK models are often paired with the optional T-PAK infeed device, and SST Top Trimmer and a Trim Remover. They are available in painted steel, stainless steel, or wash down configurations. Depending on the model, T-PAK systems also include compression belts to ensure product is packed flat. T-PAK compression belts come in both foam, or with a blue FDA Cleat compression belt.

Models of the T-PAK systems are the T-PAK 500 sealer and flat conveyor, T-PAK 550 bag compression sealing system, T-PAK 550WD Washdown Bag Compression sealing system, T-PAK 550-2 Bag Compression sealing system, T-PAK 550-3 Bag Compression sealing system, and T-PAK 750 High Speed Semi-automatic bag sealing system.

Supersealer Air Evacuation or Gas Flush Sealer systems are engineered for eithebag-in-box applications or small bags. These systems are available in stainless steel, washdown IP65 or washdown IP69K. Air Evac/Gas Flush systems seal are operated by a foot pedal. The SST Top Trimmer and a Trim Remover can also be added to the system to tidy up your bags. The system can also be engineered to be in a horizontal or vertical orientation.

The Supersealer Bag and fill sealer line is available with either a hot air or band sealer, painted, stainless steel or in a washdown version. This sealer is paired with a tridyne scale and a filler to ensure product is filled into your bag at the accurate weight you choose. This sealer supports material such as food, coffee, tea, electronic components, candy, grains, pills, plastic parts, and seed, just to mention a few. The compact affordable systems are ideal for small or start-up companies to get their product into the market with very little investment.
