We specialise in manufacturing facility design and implementation. Projects such as setting up a facility to make ‘widgets’ in either an existing or new facility. This often involves stakeholder interviews, area 3D laser surveying, creating 2D and/or 3D layout designs, Production line computer simulations, then specifying processing and packaging equipment and creating project budgets. We are often engaged to carry out full feasibility studies and/or to manage the project implementation. We take on projects ranging from an individual new piece of equipment up to full turn-key production lines.
