We specialise in the baking industry with many years experience and particular expertise in the sectors of cakes, desserts and biscuits. We have also supplied process and wrapping solutions to other sectors including the confectionery & pharmaceutical industries. We can supply unit machines or complete processing & wrapping lines for products as diverse as biscuits, crackers, cakes, flapjack, traybakes, muffins, doughnuts, choux, cheesecake and confectionery. They are manufactured to customer specification to ensure they fully meet the requirement. Processing lines generally start with mixing, followed by a range of processing options dependant on the product requirements, eg. depositing or cake makeup, then cooling, portioning, enrobing & end of line including feeding systems and wrapping.
