Clients only pay for pallets successfully wrapped, so if there is an issue, the Samuel Grant team will fix it as part of the agreement, at no extra cost. Settings are fixed to avoid operator override, meaning that only the minimum amount of film is used to secure the loads and get them to their destination in perfect condition. This cuts down on the amount of plastic used, providing a clear environmental advantage. The machines' internet-linked reporting software allows for quick and easy analysis of the operation, remotely.
