Our DR family of robotic systems have been designed and manufactured entirely by Steck. This means we can continue providing high quality customer support in today's demanding food production environment. The DR family of robots operate with Trio Motion for the motion processing control system on a 7 inch touch screen HMI. This enables us to provide the most advanced robotic control system with full UK support and a wealth of experience and knowledge from one of the industry's leading motion specialists. The concept is based upon a working area of 600mm (the average working space for production staff to work on food assembly production lines) they are hygienic, compact, robust design with superior vision system capabilities. Along with Fully-mobile, height-adjustable mounted on a virtual tripod frame on castors. The unique 'RuggedEye©' CANBUS Vision System is manufactured and calibrated entirely by Steck. Each vision system sits in its own robust casing. The casing itself has two functions: first, to ensure the camera is protected in the most extreme circumstances; and second, to mount the vision system onto its own frame. The 'RuggedEye©' CANBUS Vision System will be calibrated to work in conjunction with the camera frame with any given environment and on any visible product. Applications include sandwich lidding, turning, and match halving. Pizza sauce depositing and swipe applying. Ready meal sauce precision placement.

Our Dimension range of depositors are precision engineered to provide the most reliable, accurate and precise solutions available on today’s market. Available in either low, mid or high-level, our depositors can be custom designed to integrate into any production line. We also offer a full range of nozzle solutions which can be tailored to your product specifications, whether you need to sheet, print or spread your product. With various weight control and initiation options also available to meet your needs.

Steck’s pumps are designed to take the heavy lifting out of food depositing. Whether you are transferring product from a tote bin or a tank we can design a pipework system for you.

Steck entered the robotics market in 2018 with the DR range of Delta robotic solutions. The DR2 & DR3 have been specifically designed to fit into the average working space of a food production operator, with the unique caster mounted tripod design allowing full mobility & height adjustability. Completely manufactured at Steck these fully integrated systems include our ‘RuggedEye’ Vision system and a full range of guarding which can be modified to fit any conveyor. Developed with labour cost-saving in mind our current applications include sandwich lidding, turning and match halving, pizza sauce depositing and precision sauce placement.
