Sojet thermal inkjet printers use HP print cartridges to deliver a high-resolution print suitable for date and time codes, logos and barcodes. The machine can be supplied with a single head to print ½ inch/12.7 mm print height and up to 600 x 600 dpi resolution. It is also available with up to four heads to print 2 inches/50mm in height. Easy to use and maintain with a 7-inch touch screen controller, USB key for data transfer, cable, power supply and mounting brackets. Outline font available for economy of ink use.
Our handheld range from Bentsai uses thermal inkjet printing technology and can print from 2mm to 100mm high.
The smallest printer is the B6205, which has a maximum print height of 12.5mm and can use either aqueous or solvent based inks to print on a range of porous and non-porous substrates.
The next size up is the B6210 printer. This is our best-selling handheld printer, which uses a cartridge with a maximum print height of 2.5cm/1” high. It can also take aqueous or solvent-based inks.
Bentsai’s B80 prints high resolution at up to 10cm/4” high. It uses 4 x 1” TIJ cartridges, synchronised by encoder wheel. Suitable for packing case logos, ISPM15 HT marking, custom carton decoration, and more. The B80 printer uses aqueous ink for printing on wood, cardboard or other porous substrates. The B85 printer uses solvent-based ink for printing on non-porous materials.
Also in the range are the B40/B45, which offer the same functionality as above, but print up to 5cm/2” high.
Sojet’s MoTix1H handheld printer prints at 300 dpi resolution with characters between 1-12.7mm in height. The printer can reproduce a variety of characters and symbols including barcodes, date and shift information, images, numbers and offers several choices of language for both programming and printing. The MoTix1H also offers a scan-to-print function. Its integral bar code scanner can reproduce scanned barcode information in a variety of formats.
High-resolution piezo inkjet printers available in modular design and is now available with a 32mm or 72mm printhead as standard. The Yeacode prints with oil-based ink for case coding and UV curing ink for non-porous surfaces. The UV curing system is integrated with the inkjet controller so users can control the entire system from one point. The Yeacode printer has a Windows print driver so is compatible with label creation software such as Nicelabel and Bartender.
NEW in 2025 is the 108mm printhead and recirculating ink system that never needs priming.
