Many of our load cells carry recognised weights and measures approval from OIML.

 All of our load cells manufactured since July 2014 are RoHS 2 compliant.

We can supply technical drawings and 3D CAD files (e.g. in STEP format) to engineers who are specifying load cells for new equipment, and we can supply installation drawings/technical manuals for site engineers responsible for system installation.

We can offer load cells with your own company label and 3rd party OIML certification.

Thames Side offers an extensive line of weighing assemblies designed to ensure optimum load cell performance in process weighing, batching and gravimetric level measurement applications.

Thames Side weighing assemblies offer protection against lift-off, overload, wind loads, side loads, end loads, seismic loads and vibrations. When the recommended weighing assembly is selected, it allows the correct forces to be transmitted to the load cell despite temperature fluctuations, mixing torques and inherent vibrations.

All of our weighing assemblies manufactured since July 2014 are RoHS 2 compliant.

We use the latest finite element analysis software to pinpoint the optimum design of the weighing assembly, then we select the highest quality raw materials to ensure robust construction and a lifetime of high performance. Our weighing assemblies are used continuously worldwide, on a daily basis, in the harshest of environments.

For design engineers specifying load cells for new equipment, we can supply technical drawings and 3D CAD files (e.g. in STEP format). For site engineers responsible for system installation and commissioning, we can supply installation drawings/technical manuals.
