Motion Controllers:

Trio design and manufacture our own range of Motion Coordinators, Expansion Modules, I/O Modules, Servo Drive Systems and HMI’s. These are designed to enable the control of industrial machines with the minimum of external components. In many applications, Trio’s range can be combined to build a control system capable of driving a multi axis machine and all its auxiliary equipment. Controllers exist for conventional PTO stepper control as well as Ethercat based Servo Control.

Motion iX Software platform:

Design, Develop, Test, Deploy and Secure Motion iX enhances the programming experience for the Motion Coordinator and the new DX4 range of servo drives. Complex multi-axis motion commands are made easy in this intuitive software environment. Can and Ethercat I/O modules:

All the Motion Coordinators, whether PCI, panel mount, rack mount, DIN rail mount or a custom design format, incorporate a CANbus interface to allow for digital or analogue I/O expansion with Trio’s I/O modules. Special I/O requirements can also be accommodated using the CANopen protocol to control third party I/O modules. In many applications, Trio’s range can be combined to build a control system capable of driving a multi axis machine and all its auxiliary equipment.

HMI:

Trio’s range of 7 inch and 10 inch high resolution operator interface units provide a robust and functional HMI using the Ethernet network system. IP65 front enclosure and designed for Industrial environments. With 1024 * 600 resolution and high brightness screens they are the ideal compliment for your Trio system.

SCARA Robotics:

400mm, 500mm, 600mm, 700mm range Building on the success of Trio’s Robot Programming System (RPS), Trio now has a range of SCARA robots. A component based SCARA offer, integrating Trio SCARA with Trio Controllers, Trio drives and Motion Perfect. Flexible, integrated and easy to use. Integrate don’t interface.

Servo Motors and Drives:

High Performance Ethercat based Servo drive solutions to 22kW. High performance pulse and direction Servo drives to 7.5kW. Fully integrated into the Motion iX platform allowing single point programming and commissioning.
