Uhlmann offers a large range of blister machines of highest precision and ultra modern design to satisfy customer demands. Outputs of up to 1.300 blisters per minute.

Apart from blisters, our cartoners are able to handle bottles, vials and sachets with the same precision at a speed of up to 500 cartons per minute.

Three highly flexible, integrated systems incorporating a blister and a cartoner module: the Blister lines BEC are Uhlmann's response to the need for flexible packaging with maximum productivity in view of the increasing demand for smaller batches.

The two Bottle lines IBC 150 and IBC 240 combine the key functions for the packaging of tablets or capsules in bottles in a single machine. The fastest line efficiently fills up to 240 bottles per minute. Once filled, bottles are labelled using the compact Labeller L 180 and a cartoner C 2155, it ideally complements the IBC.

Stretch-banding machines ES 60, overwrapper EW 60, case packer EC 12 and case packer and palletizing module ECP 12 reflect continuous extension of the range of products offered by Uhlmann. Outputs of up to 60 bundles or 12 cases per minute.

The software, developed by Uhlmann internally, offers a flexible and modular system architecture that meets all extensive requirements. It is used to record, aggregate and manage serialization data not only at machine level, but also at line management and site management level. Linking to existing system landscapes as well as higher-ranking internal and external systems, such as government data bases, is likewise possible and has already been successfully implemented in numerous projects.
