From our manufacturing facility in Rushden, Northamptonshire, we produce our own range of Food Foreign Body Detection and metal detection equipment. The ‘Fortis’ metal detector concept was borne from the desire to produce a machine that delivers reliable and effective detection and is easy to maintain, future proofed and the ongoing cost of ownership is kept low. New to the range is the Parvis Compact metal detector, featuring the latest in search head technology together with innovative engineering at a low investment cost. As a Partner with Minebea-Intec, we are also pleased to be able to offer our customers the ‘Dymond’ X-ray system and variants for a range of applications. We are an independent Company and therefore also offer for sale a range of new food metal detection equipment from other manufacturers including Minebea-Intec, Fortress Technologies (Europe) and Ceia.

The UK Inspection Systems ‘Aegis’ Food Manufacture Checkweighing concept was borne from the desire to produce a machine that delivers reliable and effective detection but, unlike many of its contemporaries, is quick and easy to maintain, future-proofed and has a low ongoing cost of ownership. The system incorporates our own integrated software system with data collection, quick change running gear components, and easy hygiene clean down.

With combined food safety with weighing and detection on one platform, our Combination Food Weighing and Detection Systems offer an integrated metal detection and dynamic checkweighing capability on a single platform and can be supplied to suit a range of applications and budgets. From our factory in Rushden, we manufacture our own brand Aegis+ Combination Food Weighing and Detection System and in conjunction with Minebea-Intec, we are also able to offer the high precision Cosynus15.

As In-line inspection specialists, UK Inspection Systems Ltd offer a complete Food Industry Weighing Scales service to our customers which includes a comprehensive range of static food weighing scales from budget basic scales to large platform with data collection and printing. From basic food bench scales to high end systems, our Food Industry Weighing Scales have most applications and budgets covered. We manufacture our own brand food weighing equipment with Dini Argeo indicators, and represent Ohaus, and MIDRICS® (Minebea-Intec) as a dealer for their products.

UK Inspection Systems Ltd can offer a range of Service and Calibration Contracts to meet your particular food industry equipment maintenance requirements and all of our services are delivered on-site by our trained and certified engineers. Good food industry equipment service & calibration is essential to ensure that optimum production levels are maintained; unwanted breakdowns have a considerable effect on delivery schedules and costs. We offer three standard 'off the peg' contract levels, and consider tailored agreements as required.
