Vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) machines represent the most widely used technology for bag packaging. The entire process takes place in one compact device – creating the packaging from flat film, filling it with the product, and then sealing it. Packaging on VFFS machines is fast, accurate, and highly efficient.
VFFS machines are used in a wide range of industries, from food and pharmaceuticals to industrial products. They can be adapted for different types of film, bag sizes, and dosing systems, including powders, granules, liquids, and solid products. Combining modern sensors, servo drives, and precise control, VFFS technology offers high performance, minimal waste, and long-term reliability—the ideal solution for any modern packaging line.
Stickpack packaging machines are based on the principle of unwinding packaging material from a roll of film located at the rear of the machine. The packaging material is then cut into narrow strips, which pass through forming systems, are sealed lengthwise, and formed into a tube. The bags are then filled with the product – loose mixtures, powders, or liquids – and sealed with cross jaws. After separation in the cutting station, they fall into chutes and are further transported by conveyors for further processing.
Stickpack bags are widely used in the food industry for packaging sugar, coffee, instant beverages, energy and nutritional supplements, spice mixes, sauces, and dressings. In the pharmaceutical industry, they are used for single doses of powdered and liquid medicines or dietary supplements. They are also used in the cosmetics and chemical industries, for example for shampoos, gels, or cleaning product samples. The stickpack format is valued for its compactness, dosing accuracy, convenient handling, and high production efficiency, making it an ideal solution for single-serve packaging in large production volumes. Stickpack is a format that combines speed, accuracy, and convenience. Thanks to its elegant shape, precise dosing, and high production efficiency, it is one of the most widely used packaging solutions on the market.
Pouch premade packaging machines fill and seal pre-made pouches. The result is pouches with a modern, attractive and unique appearance at first glance, which emphasises the quality of the contents and the packaging itself.
Cartoning machines are a key part of packaging lines – they form, fill, and seal boxes or cartons in various ways depending on the type of product and the required packaging.
Side-load systems insert products from the side, ideal for multipacks and fast lines, while top-load systems use vertical insertion from above, suitable for fragile or more complex products.
Wrap-around technology wraps a group of products in a single piece of cardboard that is shaped and sealed around them, creating stable and compact cartons that are also suitable for direct display.
Carton erectors ensure automatic assembly and preparation of boxes from flat blanks.
Multifunctional cartoners combine multiple principles in one device, providing maximum flexibility, efficiency, and space savings in a modern packaging process.
