Zilli & Bellini provides the design and the construction of a wide range of machines, mainly for the food industry. Zilli & Bellini was founded in 1962 and it is today a Company with a very important back-ground in the food industries. Nowadays more than 1200 Zilli & Bellini machines are working around the world. The Company is in a position to undertake study, layout and installation of complete lines to fill and close food product into rigid containers (glass jars and bottles, aluminium cans and tin plate cans, plastic jars and bottles). Thanks to a new range of fillers, suitable for difficult products, we can also handle flexible pouches, cartons and plastic tray. The containers could be in a volume range between 50 to 5000 ml for a production capacity up to 1200 cans per minute. Typical applications are solid products such as: apricots, beans, blackberries, blueberries, carrots, capers, cereals, cherries, chickpeas, sweet corn, cut green beans, diced peaches, diced tomatoes, grapes, lentils, olives, pasta, peanuts, beans, pineapples, potatoes, raspberries, ravioli, rice, sliced mushrooms, cut olives, half peaches, half pears, tomatoes, strawberries, whole mushrooms, cherries under spirit, meat, pet food, ready meal… Granular and powder products: sugar, salt, tea, infusions… Very difficult products like for example: meat, leaf or chopped spinach, green cabbage, beet root, goulash, corned beef, luncheon meat, fish eggs, fish, tuna salad, pet food, vegetables, shredded carrots, row meat, cocked meat with sauce, salads, mayonnaise salads, meat spreads with or without pieces, ham, pickles, ready meals. Liquid or dense food products: apple juice, baby food, brine, choco paste, sweet corn cream, honey, jam, jelly, juices with and without pieces, ketchup, mayonnaise, milk, edible oil, mustard, nectars, patè, pet food, puree, ratatouille, sauces, sweetened condensed milk, syrups, tomato juice, tomato paste, sauces with and without pieces, fruit juices, not carbonated soft drinks, tea, vinegar, ragout… New kind of product and containers can be tested in our laboratories using one head prototypes. If requested the prototypes can be sent to the Customer in order to test the product in its workshop.
