The current site in Eerbeek will be closed completely. This move marks a strategic repositioning, enabling Boix Europe to serve its customers more effectively and further optimise its service levels. From this date, the office and postal address in the Netherlands will be located at Hunneperkade 94, 7418 BT in Deventer. This central location offers improved accessibility and provides a solid foundation for the continued growth of the company. in addition, Boix Europe is introducing a second key location: the workshop, showroom, and delivery point for machines, returns, spare parts, and packaging materials will be consolidated at Max-Born-Straße 20 (Halle-R), 48529 Nordhorn, Germany. This new facility will play a crucial role in enhancing both the customer experience and technical support. The Nordhorn facility is specifically designed to provide more intensive customer support. Here, clients can thoroughly test machinery, conduct trial runs, and experience new applications firsthand. This allows Boix Europe to collaborate closely with customers to develop the best possible solutions, fully tailored to their specific requirements. This hands-on approach ensures that processes are optimised in advance, saving time and reducing costs during the implementation phase. To provide optimal support for German customers, Boix Europe also maintains a local team of experienced service engineers.
