With MULTISPIN, we are enhancing the transfer process by adding an additional collection and stabilization point. There, each portion is sorted, compacted, and precisely aligned with the axis of the format tube. The result is more stable processes, higher cycle rates, and fewer production interruptions.

MULTISPIN achieves up to 300 cycles per minute

For confectionery products, MULTISPIN has already been validated at 300 cycles per minute with a product weight of 100 grams.

Hygienic design and quick cleaning

MULTISPIN was developed for demanding production environments. Additively manufactured titanium components enable robust, low-friction geometries that can be customized to suit a variety of products. An optional dust enclosure provides an addition to process cleanliness.

Thanks to a reduced number of parts and a clear design, key components can be removed quickly. MULTIPOND’s Hygienic Design and IP69 protection class support efficient cleaning processes and hygienic operation.
