Why You Should Attend This Webinar
As the UK manufacturing sector continues to evolve, investing in apprentices is key to building a skilled and future-ready workforce. This webinar is a valuable opportunity for organisations looking to better support their talent and unlock funding opportunities through Automate BEST. Here’s why you should attend:
• Discover Automate BEST: Learn how our charitable initiative provides grants and bursaries to support apprentices across member companies, helping to remove barriers to development.
• Understand Eligibility and Application: Get a clear overview of who can apply, what funding is available, and how your organisation can access support with confidence.
• Hear Real Apprentice Stories: Gain insight from apprentices who have benefited from Automate BEST, sharing how the funding has supported their growth and career progression.
By attending this webinar, you’ll gain practical guidance on how to access funding, strengthen your apprentice support, and invest in the future of your workforce.

I am very passionate about making engineering more accessible to younger people and developing my skills in software and communication.
Hi I am Hollie a second year Welder/Fabricator at Sycamore Process Engineering in Somerset. We create various hygienic stainless steel processing equipment for the food and beverage industry. We quite literally help Britain stay fed! One of the perks of my job is the fact that it allows me to visit numerous sites across the UK and see firsthand how our favourite foods are made and kept safe to consume! It also allows me to explore all the beautiful parts of the UK when I'm not on shift.
