Part of the Coperion Food Health & Nutrition division, Baker Perkins designs and manufactures specialist  high-output lines for the bakery, confectionery, extruded foods, biscuit, and breakfast cereal sectors. Working with other Coperion FHN companies, Baker Perkins is able to supply complete process lines from ingredient intake to packaging infeed. This includes batch and continuous mixers for virtually any product as well as pre-dough fermentation systems to bring variety, consistency and  low waste to the production of bread and pastry dough. The group's technologies also find many applications  in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, cosmetics and  personal care industries.
