The Micvac FlexProcess® is an end-to-end system solution for producing quality chilled ready meals with a longer shelf life. The system is composed of 3 main components:
The Micvac system integrates a rapid, in-pack cooking and pasteurisation technology. From raw to pasteurised in just 7 minutes, our technology streamlines production into a continuous process. By using a microwave tunnel that cooks and pasteurises the meal as if it were in a mini pressure cooker, our method preserves natural flavors and essential vitamins. A precisely applied valve then creates a natural vacuum, offering a longer shelf life all without additives.
